1. Introduction and Definitions

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bajiaf ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the website accessible at https://bajiaf.app and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon.

1.2 For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the bajiaf platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds credited to your Account at any given time.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you via an approved payment method and credited to your Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by bajiaf subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 8 of these Terms.
• "Services" means the full range of sports betting, live casino, slots, card games, and wallet features offered on the bajiaf platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the time zone applicable to the operations of this platform.

1.3 These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all instances of conflict or ambiguity.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The bajiaf platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. By creating an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. bajiaf reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under the age of 21 shall be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bajiaf offers its services to users located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bajiaf does not accept any liability arising from a user's access to the platform in a jurisdiction where such access may be restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Account Creation

Each user may register only one (1) Account on the bajiaf platform. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. bajiaf reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual without providing a reason. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. bajiaf will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify bajiaf immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

3.1 bajiaf operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this process, bajiaf may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed appropriate by the platform's compliance team.

3.2 Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, and official government-issued photo identification. Address verification may be requested in the form of a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the prior three (3) months.

3.3 Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable time period, as specified in the request, may result in the temporary suspension of your account's withdrawal functionality or, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, permanent account closure.

3.4 All documents submitted for KYC purposes will be handled in accordance with bajiaf's Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits

4.1 bajiaf accepts deposits denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and such other methods as bajiaf may make available from time to time.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though bajiaf reserves the right to impose individual account-level deposit limits in connection with responsible gaming obligations or fraud prevention measures.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt by bajiaf's payment processing system. In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, you should contact customer support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

4.4 bajiaf does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the Account holder. Deposits originating from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 bajiaf does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bajiaf bears no responsibility.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawals are processed exclusively in BDT to the verified payment method associated with your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bajiaf targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 10–15 minutes for mobile financial service accounts, though processing times may vary depending on verification status and payment provider schedules.

5.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to an account that has successfully completed KYC verification. bajiaf reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual in size, frequency, or nature.

5.3 bajiaf will not process any withdrawal to a third-party account. The name registered on the receiving payment account must match the name on your bajiaf Account exactly. Requests that do not meet this requirement will be declined and returned to your Account balance.

5.4 Where a deposit was made via bKash and no other payment method has been used, the corresponding withdrawal will be processed back to the same bKash account. This same-method rule applies equally to Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions.

5.5 bajiaf reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing in extraordinary circumstances, including but not limited to technical outages, suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance investigations. Users will be notified promptly where a withdrawal has been placed on hold.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 By placing a bet or participating in any game on the bajiaf platform, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that betting market or game type, as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail for the purposes of that game or market only.

6.2 All bets are final once confirmed. bajiaf does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error or technical fault has clearly affected the outcome. In such cases, bajiaf's decision regarding the appropriate remedy shall be final.

6.3 bajiaf reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error, system malfunction, or data feed failure. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the Account balance.

6.4 Winnings from sports betting markets are calculated in accordance with the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted. For live in-play markets, the odds at the moment of bet confirmation — not the odds visible at the moment you initiated the bet — govern the payout calculation.

6.5 The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited. bajiaf reserves the right to close any Account found to be using such tools and to void all associated bets and balances.

7. Sports Betting Specific Rules

7.1 Cricket betting on bajiaf covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, among other competitions. Market availability and specific rules for each competition are published on the relevant betting page.

7.2 For cricket markets, a match must be completed as per its minimum-overs requirements for bets to stand. In the event that a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared a no-result, the rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) shall inform the settlement decision. bajiaf will apply the most recent published competition rules at the time of settlement.

7.3 Football, kabaddi, and other sports betting markets are governed by the rules of the respective international governing bodies. Users are encouraged to review the specific market rules before placing a bet.

7.4 All match and event settlement times are referenced in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 bajiaf may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive programs to its users. The terms of each specific promotion — including the applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts — will be published alongside the offer and shall form part of these Terms for as long as the offer is active.

8.2 Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they are eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount applies.

8.3 Bonus funds are used after real-money funds in your Account balance. Winnings generated from bonus-funded bets are treated as bonus funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.

8.4 Only one bonus offer may be active on a single Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.

8.5 bajiaf reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Promotions are not transferable between accounts.

8.6 Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, using multiple identities, coordinating with other users, or placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent — constitutes a breach of these Terms. bajiaf reserves the right to cancel bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close the Account in such circumstances.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 bajiaf is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable recreational activity and never a financial necessity or a solution to personal problems. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

9.2 Users who wish to apply a limit or self-exclude may do so by accessing their Account settings or by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed until the elected exclusion period has elapsed.

9.3 bajiaf reserves the right to impose responsible gaming limits on any Account where there is evidence that the user may be experiencing gambling-related harm, regardless of whether the user has formally requested such limits.

10. Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajiaf platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, or device.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of account registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in connection with any betting market.
• Using automated tools, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform.
• Laundering money or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bajiaf's customer support staff or other users.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your Account to a third party.

10.2 bajiaf reserves the right to suspend, close, or permanently ban any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct. In cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, bajiaf may report the matter to the appropriate authorities and cooperate fully with any subsequent investigation.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the bajiaf platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of bajiaf or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any bajiaf intellectual property.

11.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bajiaf content without the express prior written consent of bajiaf.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajiaf's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 bajiaf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

12.3 bajiaf does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. bajiaf will make reasonable efforts to restore service in the event of an outage but accepts no liability for any losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

13.1 bajiaf collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13.2 bajiaf uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and internet connection.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 bajiaf reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bajiaf will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users — typically by displaying a notice on the platform or by email. The revised Terms will take effect from the date indicated in the updated document.

14.2 Your continued use of the bajiaf platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance in your Account.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. bajiaf will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute, complaint, or claim arising in connection with these Terms through its internal customer support process in the first instance.

15.2 If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the bajiaf platform or these Terms, please contact our support team at [email protected]. bajiaf aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days of receipt.

15.3 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

16. Severability

16.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from the Terms entirely.
